As a Documentation Specialist at Eliassen Group, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of compliance and efficiency in our client's operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall dispositioning of records in accordance with record retention, ensuring that all digital and paper records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.

Key responsibilities will include coordinating paper documentation for subject matter expert evaluation, auditing digital paper records, and maintaining record review. Additionally, the Documentation Specialist will implement electronic processes for construction documentation to enhance project work and collaboration.

This is a contract position with the potential to go on for several years, offering a strong compensation package, including Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage, as well as a 401k plan.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital record management and document control
  • Proven expertise in managing, coordinating, and processing both physical and digital documentation
