Premium Retail Services operates in over 900 retail outlets, supported by a dedicated smartphone sales team of more than 2,400 professionals.
As a driven and results-oriented Multi-Unit Wireless Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and inspiring a team of experienced Wireless Sales Professionals to meet sales and business objectives across multiple retail locations.
Our client is a prominent retail leader in North America, attracting significant shopper traffic daily, providing ample sales and commission opportunities.
While prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless sector is not mandatory, a strong desire to learn is essential.
We will provide comprehensive training on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store and online resources.

- Recruit, lead, coach, mentor, and manage a team of Wireless Sales Professionals.
- Inspire and motivate teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets.
- Accountable for store sales and operational performance.
- Meet or exceed established monthly and weekly personal KPIs.
- Lead recruiting efforts to maintain staffing levels with top-quality talent across all assigned locations.
- Conduct daily field visits and maintain a visible presence in the market to ensure excellence.
- Analyze performance data and regularly report on wireless store strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, taking appropriate actions based on store and market needs.
- Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
- Exemplify professionalism, work ethic, and determination as a representative of Premium and the client.
- Minimum of two years of quota-based sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Sales management experience preferred.
- Experience in wireless, consumer electronics, or related sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Proven ability to multi-task, manage demand, solve problems, and prioritize effectively.
