The successful candidate will be actively involved in live transactions from the beginning. Candidates will be expected to take on significant responsibilities and engage in client-facing activities right away. There are no limitations based on title; individuals will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and compensation as they showcase their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting intricate financial modeling and valuation assessments
  • Performing thorough and detailed research on companies and industries
  • Preparing comprehensive memoranda and presentations that highlight essential attributes of client organizations
  • Participating in due diligence processes
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while working effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Engaging regularly with clients (willingness to travel is essential)
  • Creating marketing and pitch materials

Qualifications:

  • Ability to relocate if necessary
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking or corporate M&A
  • Experience in Consumer, Retail, or Real Estate sectors is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree with exceptional academic performance, preferably in finance, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including CapitalIQ plug-in), PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional maturity to interact directly with clients and facilitate transaction execution
  • Aptitude for synthesizing extensive information and generating innovative ideas
  • Capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Series 79 licensing preferred (or equivalent recognized by FINRA)
  • Authorization to work in the US is required
