Position Overview

As an Industrial Equipment Technician, your primary role will be to evaluate and repair Heavy Duty Lift Equipment within our operations. This position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and safety of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose issues with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems and execute necessary repairs.
  • Interpret and utilize hydraulic schematics including pumps, valves, motors, filters, and hoses.
  • Conduct maintenance and mechanical repairs on various equipment such as side loaders, hostlers, and forklifts.
  • Adhere to routine maintenance schedules for all heavy terminal fleet equipment.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or Service Technician.
  • Experience with hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, motors, filters, and hoses) is essential.
  • Previous experience with crane mechanics is advantageous but not mandatory.
