Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Assistant to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a Patient Care Assistant, you will provide personal care assistance to patients under the direction of licensed personnel, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Perform direct patient care duties as assigned under the direction of licensed nursing personnel.
  • Assist in the performance of procedures for the patient population served in a manner that is consistent with established policies and procedures.
  • Provide for patient safety and participate in ongoing educational activities.
  • Complete assigned goals and requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum licensure: CPR certification.
  • Minimum skills: Computer literacy and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
