Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Clinical Lead

At NavitsPartners, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated NICU Charge Nurse to join our team. This role involves overseeing the nursing staff in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), ensuring adherence to care protocols, and managing patient assignments while delivering high-quality care to neonates and their families.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the work of nursing staff in the NICU
- Ensure compliance with established care protocols and standards
- Coordinate patient assignments and bed management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
