Position Summary:

This role offers operational assistance to General Managers overseeing a group of 30-40 cafés. Key responsibilities include aiding in new café launches, facilitating training initiatives, stepping in during GM absences, and ensuring seamless operations in the GM's absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with inventory training as necessary
  • Promote brand values and standards through training sessions
  • Mentor and develop management and team members
  • Support recruitment and staffing in critical areas
  • Provide support for software implementations and training
  • Ensure team member training programs align with company standards
  • Engage with team members, customers, and vendors, embodying our unique culture
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality to all café patrons
