We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Patient Care Coordinator. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and service by greeting patients, collecting information, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance information.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience working with electronic health records and be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and guests, collect information, and answer questions
  • Schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and handle check-in and check-out processes
  • Aid patients with completion of required paperwork and secure patient information
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records
  • Participate in center and market interdisciplinary teams related to patient care plans and outcomes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with electronic health records and Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
