What You'll Do
- Ensure patient information remains secure and confidential, adhering to strict data protection protocols.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following Sage Health's policies and procedures, as well as relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage clinical staff effectively, promoting teamwork, communication, and excellence in patient care.
- C coordinate and supervise clinical activities, including patient assessments, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
- Formulate and monitor clinical supply budgets, optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
- Participate in center and market interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans, outcomes, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing regulations, guidelines, and best practices to support the clinical staff.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
About the Role
The Market Clinical Manager plays a vital role in developing and implementing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the clinical staff. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, strong clinical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, operational leaders, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
- Certification in Basic Life Support
- 4-5 years' experience working in a hospital or medical facility
- 2-3 years' experience in multi-site management
- Strong clinical assessment skills and experience with chronic disease management
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail
