As an Automotive Master Technician, your role will involve executing high-level mechanical repairs and delivering exceptional service to our customers. We offer comprehensive training programs that will equip you to handle a range of mechanical services, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Team Car Care (TCC) oversees a vast network of Jiffy Lube service centers, emphasizing superior customer service. Join us for exceptional training and rapid career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fostering teamwork to ensure prompt and precise customer care
- Exhibiting excellent customer service and effective communication skills
- Conducting thorough disc or drum brake services
- Diagnosing and repairing various automotive components
- Utilizing computer systems to generate service estimates
- Performing road tests on vehicles to guarantee quality repairs
- Carrying out additional services such as fluid exchanges and tire rotations
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in the automotive field
- 1-2 years of experience with brake systems
- Ability to provide training and guidance to fellow team members
Education and Training Requirements:
- ASE certification in Brakes
- Additional ASE certifications in other automotive areas are preferred
- A degree from an automotive technical or trade school is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
