As an Automotive Master Technician, your role will involve executing high-level mechanical repairs and delivering exceptional service to our customers. We offer comprehensive training programs that will equip you to handle a range of mechanical services, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Team Car Care (TCC) oversees a vast network of Jiffy Lube service centers, emphasizing superior customer service. Join us for exceptional training and rapid career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering teamwork to ensure prompt and precise customer care
  • Exhibiting excellent customer service and effective communication skills
  • Conducting thorough disc or drum brake services
  • Diagnosing and repairing various automotive components
  • Utilizing computer systems to generate service estimates
  • Performing road tests on vehicles to guarantee quality repairs
  • Carrying out additional services such as fluid exchanges and tire rotations

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the automotive field
  • 1-2 years of experience with brake systems
  • Ability to provide training and guidance to fellow team members

Education and Training Requirements:

  • ASE certification in Brakes
  • Additional ASE certifications in other automotive areas are preferred
  • A degree from an automotive technical or trade school is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
