Overview

We are seeking a skilled Master Technician to join our team at Jiffy Lube. As a key member of our service center, you will be responsible for providing top-quality vehicle repairs and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert brake system repairs, including disc and drum brake services
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, including engine performance, suspension, steering, electrical, and heating/air conditioning
  • Use our computer system to provide accurate estimates for parts and labor
  • Perform road tests to ensure all work is completed to standard
  • Participate in training and supervision of our apprentice teammates
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of automotive experience
  • 1-2 years of experience working on brake systems
  • National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in A5 - Brakes Certification
  • ASE certification(s) in Engine Performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, and Heating & Air Conditioning preferred
