Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in dealing directly with customers
  • 4+ years of customer service experience with 2+ years of sales experience
