Apartment Renovation Superintendent Job Description

We are a leading multifamily renovation construction company seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee local projects throughout LA County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and organizing multifamily apartment construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule local projects related to multifamily apartment construction
  • Organize and manage site development and apartment building construction methods
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of construction management experience
  • Apartment renovation experience required
  • Expertise in plan reading, take-offs, and site development
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project software
