About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Polysomnographer to join our team in Sleep Medicine. As a Polysomnographer, you will work independently to conduct polysomnographic testing, ensuring patient safety and test quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct polysomnographic testing, including monitoring polygraph recordings and audio/visual equipment.
  • Prepare patients for testing, apply recording devices, and explain procedures.
  • Monitor patient safety and test quality, ensuring accurate sleep/wake data and physiological events.
Requirements
  • California Polysom Technologist License
  • National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists upon hire
  • National Certified Polysomnographic Technician - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists upon hire
  • 1 year of experience as a polysomnographic technologist; 2 years preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Polysomnography
  • Membership in Association of Polysomnographic Technologist (APT) or American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) upon hire
