About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Store Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting relevant products and services
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, driving sales growth and customer retention
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform various tasks, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning store equipment
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, as needed
  • Assist in making deliveries, as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
