Account Executive 3 Enterprise Direct Sales

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Comcast Business strategic products and solutions in new markets. You will be responsible for acquiring and managing mid-market and enterprise, multi-location commercial customers through direct and partner channels.
Core Responsibilities- Develop a sales strategy for the territory, including identifying strategic partnerships and planning the development of a territory.
- Actively research and generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Build relationships and drive alignment and regular communication between key GTM partners.
- Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations to strategic prospective clients that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
- Sell with goals of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
- Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
- Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast credo, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Maintain and build customer relationship to drive customer retention.
- Work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed customer expectations through strong customer service orientation with excellent follow-up skills.
- Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepares sales and activity reports as required.
- Attend out-of-the-office meetings with customers on a regular basis and demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills, including presenting, persuading, and negotiating.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 Years of Relevant Work Experience
- Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in selling complex solutions
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
