- Engage with customers and stakeholders via Yellowbird's social media accounts, addressing questions, comments, and feedback in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Manage influencer and creator collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Create compelling content, including written posts, stories, images, and videos, that align with the Yellowbird brand voice and engage our community.
- Conduct quarterly evaluations of brand health, ensuring consistency in messaging, imagery, and content across all social platforms.
- Define KPIs for social media campaigns, utilize tools and analytics to report on social media performance, and offer insights and recommendations for ongoing strategy improvements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to develop and execute on social media photo and video content that's sustainable and on-brand.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a thorough understanding of tasteful design.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media channels and strategy, with the ability to craft a custom strategy for Yellowbird.
- Ability to focus on deep work, manage multiple team projects across various timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
- Thorough understanding of brand storytelling and community building in the CPG food space.
- A proactive team player with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfort and familiarity with modern digital tools and platforms, including social media optimization, and other digital marketing tools.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and personalized marketing, with the ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and derive actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role, with a portfolio of work and experience in the CPG food industry being a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools/platforms and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to craft engaging content tailored to various social platforms.
- Any additional certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or related areas is beneficial.
