About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Creative Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a creative strategy that drives growth, engagement, and brand awareness across all marketing channels.

As a Creative Manager, you will work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer to ideate and execute campaigns that tell a strong and consistent story, propel the brand forward, and create a lasting impression on our customers. You will be responsible for managing a team of creatives, collaborating with external partners, and ensuring that all creative assets are of the highest quality and align with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a creative strategy that drives growth, engagement, and brand awareness across all marketing channels
  • Manage a team of creatives, including designers, copywriters, and photographers
  • Collaborate with external partners, including agencies and freelancers
  • Ensure that all creative assets are of the highest quality and align with our brand vision
  • Concept and execute campaigns across channels that drive measurable results
About You
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing an in-house creative process
  • Expertise in branding, digital, and packaging design, as well as copywriting and overall creative direction
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining high standards
  • Experience working with other designers, marketers, and copywriters
  • US-based with work authorization to work in the US
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • E-commerce and start-up experience is a plus
