Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Summary: Bayer Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to transport loose materials, such as crushed rock or dirt, company equipment, or tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a single, double, or triple axel truck to transport materials within a 50-mile radius.
- Unload truck and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Inspect vehicles before driving and report any defects or damage.
- Follow company and Occupational Safety and Health Administration safety rules.
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work 5-6 days a week.
