Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our agricultural equipment sales in the United States. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand market share, establish strong relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to enhance profitability and expand market share within the agricultural equipment industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage partnerships to secure the best terms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor industry trends, identify opportunities for growth, and respond to competitive threats.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or management with a focus on financial services and/or equipment sales and dealership industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as the operational aspects of the equipment sales and dealership industries.
  • Experience in OEM and captive finance preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and communication tools.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $150,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
  • Bonus structure based on targeted sales milestones.
  • Monthly phone stipend of $120.
  • Company vehicle provided depending on location and travel needs.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match up to 4% starting the first day of employment.
