Women's Commission Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Job Board. As a Women's Commission Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our platform by selling job posting packages and recruitment advertising solutions to companies that value gender diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Prospect Leads: Actively research and reach out to companies that are focused on diversity and inclusion in their hiring practices, especially in attracting women to their teams.
- Develop and Nurture Client Relationships: Build long-lasting relationships with employers, diversity and inclusion officers, and hiring professionals to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Understand the unique challenges companies face in achieving gender balance and recommend our job board's services as a solution.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by selling job postings, diversity-focused advertising packages, and other recruitment solutions.
- Presentation and Demonstration: Provide clear, compelling presentations and demos of our job board and the value of targeting women professionals.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Guide clients through the pricing process, negotiate terms, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Client Success Support: Ensure clients have a smooth experience on our platform by offering advice on optimizing their job postings and providing post-sale support.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Diversity Teams: Share client feedback to improve our offerings and participate in initiatives that support women in the workplace.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, client engagement, and customer satisfaction to ensure high-quality service and successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in job boards, recruitment services, or diversity-focused platforms.
- Passion for promoting gender diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Familiarity with the challenges women face in the workforce and knowledge of talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior HR, recruitment, and diversity leaders.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Consultative sales approach with solid negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a mission-driven team.
- Tech-savvy, with an ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools, including CRM software.
