Job Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for various roles within our bakery production team. The specific position will be determined based on your skills and experience. Available roles include:
  • Packer
  • Palletizer
  • Line Worker
  • Sanitor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently package bakery items for distribution.
  • Operate palletizing machinery to arrange products on pallets.
  • Handle and maintain production equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
  • Assist in the application of icing and toppings on baked goods.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while cleaning equipment using industrial-grade cleaning agents.
  • Complete necessary documentation accurately as required by the role.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Work Schedule:
Shifts may vary, including:
  • 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
  • 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
  • 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $14.55 to $20.15, with potential for additional pay based on experience. Night and weekend differentials are available.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow GMPs and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Physical capability to lift over 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
