Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sterile compounding processes in accordance with established company policies and regulatory standards, including USP 797 and USP 800.
- Engage in comprehensive medication management for pharmacy compounding, encompassing the ordering, receiving, and maintenance of medications and supplies.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to compounding equipment, hardware, and software.
- Participate in the completion and documentation of all cleaning and monitoring tasks associated with sterile compounding, adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning protocols.
- Maintain ongoing education and practical training pertinent to sterile compounding practices.
Qualifications:
- Possession of an active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Ohio.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including 8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM on weekdays, with rotating weekend responsibilities.
- Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
