Dignity Health - North State is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in surgical environments, but new graduates and providers with non-orthopedic experience may also be considered.

Practice Highlights:
  • Join a well-established Total Joint Replacement (Hips/Knees) team
  • Mixed practice: 1st assist, clinic pre-ops and post-ops
  • 4-day work week, no weekends
  • Collaborative and collegial Orthopedic Surgeons and APP team
  • Good work-life balance; one clinic location, one hospital
  • Emphasis on high-quality care over quantity (but we are still very busy)
  • Humankindness is a core value at Dignity Health, and we treat our team members with respect and compassion
Requirements:
  • No requirement to take call
  • 1-3 years of orthopedic or surgical experience preferred
  • Open to both new graduates and PA's/NP's with non-surgical experience who are excited and passionate to learn Orthopedics
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation range: $135,000 - $145,000 (NPs), $135,000 - $160,000 (PAs)
  • Productivity bonus
  • Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance
