At The Bolton Group, we are committed to environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance. We are seeking an Entry-Level Environmental Compliance Specialist to support our efforts in stormwater management and NPDES compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement stormwater management plans for construction sites, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support the preparation and submission of NPDES permit applications, monitor and report on compliance with permit requirements, and assist in developing strategies to address non-compliance issues.
  • Participate in environmental compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of stormwater control measures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of environmental compliance activities and prepare regular reports to regulatory agencies as required.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of environmental compliance training programs for project teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of stormwater management principles and NPDES regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
