About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional patient care and support to our medical team. As a Medical Assistant/Front Desk professional, you will be responsible for greeting patients, checking them in, and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the medical team, including scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist patients with filling out intake information, creating and maintaining patient charts, and verifying existing appointments.
- Obtain medical records for patients, scan and upload documents onto our web portal when needed, and review and maintain an active patient list.
- Answer phone calls and emails, and assist medical doctors and in-house specialists by preparing patient paperwork and prescribed medication/supply per doctor's orders.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED certificate is preferred.
- Receptionist/Front Desk experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $15-$20, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid sick time, paid holidays, free parking, company swag, holiday parties, and more.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 10:00am - 6:30pm, and Fridays, 9:00am - 5:30pm. Part-time and full-time availability for Medical Assistants. We can accommodate your schedule.
