We are looking for a skilled Government Travel Consultant to join our team at ADTRAV Travel Management. As a Government Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing all aspects of travel management for our government clients.
Job Description- Book and issue domestic and international airline itineraries, hotel reservations, and car and train reservations through a GDS system
- Converse with customers to determine their travel requirements and preferences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client travel arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel
- Experience using a GDS system, preferably Sabre
- Strong computer and typing skills, including the ability to navigate multiple programs and use shortcut keys
