Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
  • Loan Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of creditworthiness, including review of financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.
  • Loan Structuring: Work with clients to structure loan agreements that meet their needs and align with the bank's risk tolerance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including loan administration, credit review, and risk management, to ensure seamless execution of loan transactions.
  • Client Communication: Provide exceptional client service, communicating clearly and transparently throughout the loan process.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and bank policies, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending, with a strong understanding of loan analysis, structuring, and creditworthiness.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial data.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial lending principles, including loan documentation, collateral analysis, and financial statement analysis.

Banc of California offers a competitive salary range of $101,212.80-$161,940.48 USD, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
