Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a driven and seasoned Inbound Sales Team Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take on a player-coach approach, leading a team of 6-8 inside sales representatives while actively engaging in sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets. You will serve as a mentor, overseeing daily team operations by establishing and reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing the inbound lead pipeline. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing sales strategies, coaching team members, and nurturing a high-performance sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives while actively engaging in sales activities to achieve both individual and team sales objectives.
- Monitor daily performance and encourage professional development.
- Establish and track KPI targets for team members, collaborating closely with Sales Executives to ensure they are consistently exceeding expectations.
- Analyze data to identify critical success metrics, pinpoint areas for improvement, and accurately forecast yearly and quarterly performance.
- Promote behaviors that keep the team motivated and aligned towards collective success.
- Work in partnership with key stakeholders across various functions to ensure the Inside Sales team aligns with the broader company goals and objectives.
- Enhance your earnings as you contribute to the team's sales achievements.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in both inbound and outbound sales settings.
- Proven leadership experience, having managed a sales team for at least 2 years in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a track record of developing and implementing effective processes within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage company initiatives effectively.
- Proficient sales skills and a proactive approach to engaging with clients over the phone.
- Experience with various CRM systems and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
