Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Specialist to join our team at White House Health Systems. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing intensive in-home services to families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess the mental health status of clients and develop individualized service plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention services to clients who are at risk of harming themselves or others.
  • Collaborate with clinical managers to ensure seamless case management and coordinate referrals to appropriate services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or a related field.
  • One year of experience working in intensive in-home services or a related field.
  • Valid Virginia driver's license required.
