We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Staff Financial Analyst supporting a division of the Power Products Group. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, analytical individual who can partner with the division GM and teams to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the Power Division budget and forecast planning and control, working closely with the Division head and team.
  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational results, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes.
  • Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes, including the development of annual operating plans and monthly forecasts.
  • Create and maintain financial models and supporting analysis.
  • Prepare reporting materials for management reviews and improve FP&A operations.
Requirements:
  • MBA/CPA preferred, with at least 5 years of FP&A/accounting-related experience.
  • High proficiency in financial tools and systems, such as Oracle EPM, SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and quickly with minimal direction and information.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally and being a contributing team member.
  • Demonstrated success supporting global organizations, with experience in the semiconductor industry a plus.
