We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the coordination of schedules for field technicians and track tasks to ensure a smooth transition process. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Scheduling Support: Assist the Senior Scheduler with scheduling In-Store Coaches, Kickoff Meetings, and other operational support meetings. Work closely with Operations to manage administrative and field training activities, ensuring efficient handling of the Senior Scheduler's tasks.
  • Change Management Support: Create and maintain a detailed task tracker for daily change management activities. This includes documenting task descriptions, deadlines, priority levels, status updates, and other relevant information. Help the Change Manager stay organized and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and departments to ensure seamless scheduling and task management processes.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
