Key Responsibilities:- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and develop effective solutions to resolve problems and prevent future occurrences.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to production staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with established quality standards and procedures.
- Education: 2-year Electro-Mechanical degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in an industrial setting working with machine processes, schedules, and a variety of individuals involved in the manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, PLC troubleshooting, and ability to wire up to 480-volt systems for industrial machinery.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.
- Competitive Compensation: $30-37/hour based on skills and experience, with 1.5x pay on Sunday and $1.20 night shift differential.
