Job Summary

Vitalant is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Technician to support our life-saving mission by providing high-complexity clinical testing and instrument management in our HLA Laboratory.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of scientific principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-complexity clinical testing and instrument management
  • Provide accurate and precise lab results for routine and stat testing
  • Follow and understand quality control procedures for equipment and reagent qualifications
  • Identify unacceptable performance and notify appropriate personnel
