About the Role

The MRI Technologist at Atrium Health Charlotte is responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and standards. This role requires a strong understanding of MRI scanners and associated equipment, as well as excellent patient communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Examine requests and verify orders on each assigned patient, referring any discrepancies to the Radiologist.
  • Properly identify patients and assist them while offering a brief explanation of the procedures.
  • Interview patients for a complete medical history and review EMR's to obtain pertinent clinical information.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, this role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and opportunities for career advancement.
