About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team as a Radiology Technologist. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining high-quality diagnostic images using various imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI. They will also be involved in preparing patients for exams, ensuring accurate positioning, and providing clear instructions to ensure optimal image quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain High-Quality Images: Use various imaging modalities to capture clear and detailed images of the human body, assisting healthcare professionals in making informed decisions about patient care.
  • Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for diagnostic exams by educating them on the procedure, positioning, and any necessary precautions.
  • Image Quality Control: Ensure that all images meet the required standards for clarity, contrast, and resolution, taking corrective action if necessary.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
  • Certification: Hold current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Education: Completion of a degree program in Radiologic Technology or related field from an accredited institution.
