Profil du Poste :
Nous recherchons un professionnel de la santé qualifié pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la prise en charge de patients dans un environnement d'urgence. Le volume de patients est de 35 par jour, avec un volume annuel de 11 500. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec une équipe de médecins, garantissant des soins de qualité aux patients.
Exigences :
Le candidat doit être capable de travailler de manière autonome et posséder une expérience significative en médecine d'urgence. Les certifications requises incluent ATLS, ACLS et PALS. Une formation en médecine d'urgence, médecine familiale ou médecine interne est essentielle.
Compétences et Responsabilités :
- Pratique indépendante dans un environnement d'urgence
- Réalisation de procédures invasives telles que les tubes thoraciques et l'intubation
- Collaboration avec des spécialités de soutien, y compris la cardiologie, la pneumologie, l'orthopédie, la pédiatrie et la gastro-entérologie.
Expérience Minimale :
Le candidat doit avoir au moins 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en tant que NP/PA en pratique indépendante en médecine d'urgence.
