Primary Care Physician

Curative is seeking a talented Primary Care Physician to join our team in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to redefine primary care and provide exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Practice Details:
- Collaborative team environment with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and a minimum of two clinical support team members
- Flexibility to choose between 4 or 5-day scheduling blocks
- Shared call schedule with 1:10 ratio among providers, with no weekend requirements
- Option to work in Urgent Care for additional compensation and RVUs, with potential for increased earnings
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $240,000, complemented by RVU bonus incentives
- Loan reimbursement bonus of $90,000
- Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus provided
- Full comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice with tail
