Job Description
At Ascend Talent Solutions, we are looking for a Project Coordination Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, utilizing their project management skills to drive results.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of previous project leadership experience and strong management and monitoring project management frameworks and methodologies. They will also possess professional and exceptional budget management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, duration, resources, and cost, as well as the best course of action/approach to attain project objectives.
  • Provide input and data information for project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to optimize effectiveness.
  • Foster effective collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, customers, key stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Strong management and monitoring project management frameworks and methodologies
• Professional and exceptional budget management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Building Engines, and other project management programs.
