Job Summary

The Executive Director serves as a key member of the Administrative District Team, responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the school district, Leman families, and scholars. This role requires a strong educational background, leadership experience, and a commitment to excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the academies and scholars.
  • Ensure high academic performance outcomes for all scholars.
  • Develop and maintain community relations.
  • Identify and develop future leadership talent.
  • Oversee the maintenance and improvement of the schools, creating a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Evaluate academic programs and extracurricular activities, recommending improvements.
  • Coordinate instructional and other related services and activities.
  • Develop and implement new programs that align with the organization's goals.
  • Promote the educational, moral, and social development of scholars.
  • Promote a culture of caring, citizenship, perseverance, respect, responsibility, and trustworthiness within the school community.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Education or Educational Leadership.
  • Arizona Principal Certification.
  • At least five years of leadership experience, including Principal roles.
  • Five years of teaching experience.
  • AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and Background and Criminal History Clearance.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification.
  • Arizona Administrative Certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Leman Academy offers a competitive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off. Compensation will be commensurate with talent, experience, and education.

Location and Schedule

All LAE District Campuses - Arizona. Monday to Friday schedule.
