Hospital Supervisor Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN PACU to join our team at Methodist Hospital Metropolitan. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department.
About the RoleIn this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will display our core values when interacting with co-workers, patients, family members, and others in the community to foster an environment where employees are engaged and where patient care is unparalleled.
Responsibilities- Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
- Lead in a way that inspires commitment to the vision, mission, and values of the organization and represents the organization positively within the community.
- Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.
- Serve as a resource person for staff and model a commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and values.
We are looking for a candidate with a graduate degree from an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nurse program. A minimum of two years of healthcare experience is required, with a preference for candidates with a BSN and at least three years of healthcare experience.
