We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating all functions in the unit.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.
About the Unit

The 16-bed Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak is a dynamic and supportive environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of intermediate-level patients, including post-CABG/Cath Lab patients, respiratory, and complicated GI patients.

The culture on this unit is built on a strong sense of teamwork, support, education, empowerment, and fun. We are proud to actively precept nursing students from several institutions, most of whom graduate and return to the team as an RN.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree nursing program required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting required.
