Key Responsibilities- Greets Patients and Visitors: Welcome patients and visitors to our clinics, obtain accurate information, and ensure all necessary signatures are obtained for office records.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, answer phones, process co-payments, and follow up on appointments as needed.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Adhere to all confidentiality policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of patient information.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, empathy, and compassion to provide a positive experience for patients and families.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient care.
- Education: High School Degree or Vocational School Graduate
- Experience: Previous medical office experience preferred
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, excellent computer skills, ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Personal Qualities: Strong personable skills, effective communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
