We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CBHC Child Clinician to join our team at Eliot. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based treatment and support to clients and families in need.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver solution-focused clinical interventions and treatment to clients and families in a variety of settings, including the office, community, and client residences.
- Participate in daily team huddles and meetings, ensuring timely completion of documentation and collaboration with colleagues.
- Conduct NOMS assessments, clinical evaluations, and other required documentation to meet CBHC/Eliot standards.
- Ensure client involvement in treatment planning and preference-based care.
- Provide individual and group therapy, as well as targeted interventions, using evidence-based practices and approved by Eliot/CBHC policies.
- Participate in diagnostic evaluations, screening assessments, and crisis planning.
- Implement crisis intervention and ensure client safety, utilizing de-escalation techniques and collaboration with staff.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or related field, or a Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited university/college and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Strong diagnostic skills, crisis intervention abilities, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to establish rapport with diverse clinical presentations and knowledge of community resources.
- Competitive salary: $65,000 (Masters) or $70,000 (Licensed), with bilingual incentives.
- Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 office-based days and flexibility for evening hours.
