We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Real Estate Legal Assistant to join our team at Tripoint Search. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our attorneys and clients, ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to attorneys and clients, including managing client billing, tracking and maintaining up-to-date forms and files, and assigning tasks to other departments and support staff.
  • Set up data rooms for transactions, organize documents for closings, and assist with transaction closings.
  • Monitor and update checklists, draft and proofread correspondence, agreements, memos, and other legal and business documents.
  • Maintain attorney and client records, schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments, and open and route mail.
  • Make travel arrangements, schedule conference rooms, and arrange for food service.
  • Notarize documents and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of related experience in a legal assistant or secretarial position in a law firm environment, with experience supporting M&A and/or business transactions required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe, Kofax, Nuance, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and proofreading skills.
  • Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities, and resolving issues proactively.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a strong client service orientation.
