Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with sellers and buyers to understand their needs and goals
  • Effectively market and promote listings through various channels
  • Guide clients through the process of buying and selling properties, providing expert advice and support
  • Provide accurate information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability
  • Manage and generate lists of properties for sale
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong listening skills to understand clients' desires and needs
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Must be 18+
