Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $36,000, plus unlimited monthly sales incentives, making your total compensation potential upwards of $48,000 per year. You will also receive an hourly wage of $16 during the trainee period, which lasts up to 30 days, followed by a $36,000 annual base plus unlimited monthly sales incentive upon completion of the trainee period.
Job Description
You will participate in a comprehensive program to develop the skills required to provide holistic financial advice to clients. This includes actively contributing to classroom discussion, participating in goal setting sessions and progress evaluation meetings, gaining valuable direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients, passing a sales process competency test, cultivating and sustaining prospecting skills, and acquiring an in-depth understanding of our product offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to successfully meet all trainee program requirements, obtain the required insurance licenses prior to starting the job, pass the CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing, work both independently and as part of a team, travel up to 50% of the time, hold and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license, and have access to reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.
