Position Overview:

This role focuses on Ground Penetrating Radar and Electromagnetic Scanning techniques to locate subsurface utilities and assess concrete structures.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $62,000, with additional bonuses and incentives ranging from $20,000 to $30,000.

Location:

Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Houston, TX.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct subsurface utility locating and concrete scanning using advanced technologies.
  • Perform concrete scanning to identify structural reinforcements and potential hazards.
  • Accurately locate underground utilities and document findings through reports.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and respond to client inquiries effectively.
  • Ensure the safety and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment during site visits.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant environmental field is preferred.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs and walk long distances.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Earth.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in utility locating and concrete scanning.
  • OSHA 30, TWIC, and Lift Training certifications are advantageous.
