  • Present creative concepts and sell direction to Marketing team members and leaders.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite as primary design tools and create scalable designs.
  • Ensure design and production effectively implement the creative concept and adhere to established brand standards.
  • Design, produce, and manage projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Complete portfolio of visual design examples.
  • Demonstrated experience working in digital marketing.
  • Fluent in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in building emails and working with email delivery optimization tools.
  • Exceptional creative abilities as reflected in original graphic designs.
  • Able to receive and give feedback frequently.
  • Proficiency in keeping up with visual design technologies and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be adaptable, accountable, and deadline-driven.
