The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations and supervisory experience in a residential property management environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and porters to ensure the physical condition of the community is maintained at the highest level.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Manage and coordinate the timely completion of work orders and make-readies.
- Accurately record maintenance activities in Yardi.
- Develop and implement maintenance budgets and capital expenditure plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent resident satisfaction.
- 5 years of verifiable hands-on technical work experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance supervisor or lead maintenance role in a residential property management environment.
- Dynamic leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in residential property management, hotel maintenance, or construction.
- Previous experience with Yardi and budget preparation.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
- Monthly potential bonus based on resident retention.
